BloggerOfTheWeb is progressing well and everyday is a learning day for me in the world of blogging. Today is the 1st day of lunar new year here in Singapore and I thought of giving something to my readers (you) for supporting my blog the past few months. Not just hoping that you find my blog useful, I also hope it can benefit you monetarily.

Let me explain how my reward program gonna work:-

1. From today onwards,

1 point shall be rewarded to you for every comment you leave in my blog.

3 points shall be rewarded to you if you subscribe to my RSS or email subscription.

2. Once you reach 100 points, I will automatically credit $5 to your PayPal account.

3. After payout, I will reset your points back to 0. That’s all.

I understand that $5 is not alot of money but it is still considered extra money for you and also serves as a token of appreciation from me too.

Some basic rules to follow:

1. You need to use the same name & email address (your paypal email address) each time you leave me a comment. Rest assured that your email address will be strictly kept confidential by me.

2. You may leave as many comments in a single post as possible, however, you will only be rewarded 1 point.

3. Try to leave meaningful comments. Not just those “ok. noted”, “thanks”, “good” etc.

4. Only comments left in this post and future posts will be rewarded. Old posts do not count.

5. Lastly, for RSS or email subscription, you need to remain subscribed at all times.

I will keep track of all your points manually and on a weekly basis, I will post an update for all. So you may wish to subscribe to my RSS feed or check back regularly for your points gathered.

You may think if this is for real. Well, $5 is too little for me to run away. As long as you continue to support me, I will not stop rewarding you. Feel free to ask questions if you wish.

Updated 20th Apr ‘08: With effect from 20th Apr ‘08, this reward program shall end. I would apologise that I couldn’t continue rewarding my blog readers because my internet income has decreased. However, I would continue to reward points to existing readers who have existing points and pay them accordingly once they reach 100. However, after payment, no more reward point shall be rewarded. Pls note.
