Blogging Tips: Link Exchange With Blogs With Similar Interests

Why Link Exchange With Similar Interests?
(Wikipedia Definition) A link exchange (also known as a banner exchange) is a confederation of websites that operates similarly to a web ring.
Link Exchange increases your blog ranking and exposure when you creates links to other blogs and they back-link to your blog in return. Why need to increate Blog Ranking: Certain Paid-To-Blog sites will take into consideration of your Blog Ranking, Technorati Authority or Link Population before they work out the payout for a post. It may vary from $5 - $150 or even $300 per post.
How to link exchange?
I would recommend using Technorati to link exchange with other bloggers since they are the most popular Blog Search Engine.
Technorati Authority: Refers to the number of blogs that actually link with you. The higher the authority, the greater the number of blogs. The best way to increase your Technorati Authority is to write things that are interesting to other bloggers so they’ll link to you. Linking to source material when you blog is also a great way to engage in conversation and help others find what you find interesting.

Well, you surely can build own backlinks to become authority. But it is also the good content on your blog that gets you reactions (and links) from other blogs.
Write some exciting, shocking stuff… Abuse the next 1st of April for a great joke and enjoy the linkjuice
