I just joined too and just managed to learn from the admin that they are still in Beta stage and due to cheating in the system, the click-thru rates are low.
As for your questions, I only managed to see stats after 24 hours so I assume by now you should have seen it else you may like to drop the admin a note on that.
Yes, I am getting traffic for my blog but very little. I have no referral yet so I hope to get more referrals while this program is in the prelimnary stage.
