How to link exchange?
I would recommend using Technorati to link exchange with other bloggers since they are the most popular Blog Search Engine.
Technorati Authority: Refers to the number of blogs that actually link with you. The higher the authority, the greater the number of blogs. The best way to increase your Technorati Authority is to write things that are interesting to other bloggers so they’ll link to you. Linking to source material when you blog is also a great way to engage in conversation and help others find what you find interesting.

I am basically sharing whatever I know while I am doing. It is really fun and meaning doing so.
nice advice, but how to build authority?
Hi Unnikuttan, just build more unique backlinks and your blog authority will increase when you receive blog responses.
Well, you surely can build own backlinks to become authority. But it is also the good content on your blog that gets you reactions (and links) from other blogs.
